Order Picker

**The role includes but is not limited to the following**:

- Unloading weekly shipments
- Un-bagging and unboxing of product
- Learning plant names and assisting other staff in picking orders
- Picking orders independently for shipping
- Moving product throughout greenhouse on a variety of carts and by hand
- Cleaning, bagging & boxing orders
- Daily clean-up tasks such as sweeping, taking out garbage and cleaning up workspace
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Self driven and positive attitude; able to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes direction well
- Ability to stand and walk for entirety of shifts
- Ability to lift a _minimum_ of 20lbs repeatedly
- Able to do repetitive tasks in a timely manner
- Previous greenhouse experience an asset but not neccessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
