Requisition Title:
Two (2) Technical Specialists - Curam/Oracle Upgrade Project

Description:
Resource request for two (2) Technical Specialists, Case Management and ERP, Senior Level.

**DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES**

**Responsibilities**:

- MUST HAVE: Hands-on Curam Development Experience
- Identify and create technical solutions for design, development, and deployment.
- Design functional and technical specifications for customization, extensions, and configurations.
- Refine designs during software development and implementation.
- Code, unit test, and support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Assist in production deployment and conduct Root Cause Analysis of issues.
- Create functional and technical design documents.

General Skills:

- Experience with specified technology and its versions.
- Design, document, and deliver technical solutions including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and customizations.
- Update technical design specifications to meet project requirements.
- Provide project delivery estimations based on business requirements.
- Develop and test data conversion programs ensuring accurate data migrations.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies and tools for specified technology.
- Develop or customize reports, interfaces, extensions, workflows, and procedures.
- Application Framework and Application Development Framework knowledge.
- Develop integrated test scenarios, execute them, troubleshoot issues, and document results.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files.
- Design large-scale IT solutions and provide guidance to development teams.
- Develop JEE solutions with expertise in JEE design patterns.
- Analyze and design changes to existing software solutions.
- Proficient in Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS design concepts.

Desirable Skills:

- Unix script creation and Version Control Tools (PVCS) experience.
- Use of Rational tools for software development.
- Facilitate discussions, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
- Effective communication skills with clients, management, and team.
- Experience in designing and developing Web Services.
- Proficiency in AIX, UML, and XML.
- Design, develop, test, optimize, and support complex database objects (stored procedures, functions, triggers).
- 3 yr+ Demonstrated development experience in IBM Cúram Social Program Management platform. Cúram V7 Certified Developer, Preferred
- 5 yr+ Demonstrated experience in J2EE JAVA-based software development.
- Must have experience with SOAP and RESTful Web Service, Messaging, SFTP and other system integration technologies
- Must have hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Git, SVN, Git Pull Request, branching

**EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET AND EVALUATION CRITERIA**

Technical Skills - 70%
- 3 yr+ Demonstrated development experience in IBM Cúram Social Program Management platform. Cúram V7 Certified Developer, Preferred
- 5 yr+ Demonstrated experience in J2EE JAVA-based software development.
- Must have experience with SOAP and RESTful Web Service, Messaging, SFTP and other system integration technologies
- Must have hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Git, SVN, Git Pull Request, branching
- Knowledge of Spring framework, Spring Boot, Swagger-UI, Postman, PL/SQL, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, Ansible and Apache Kafka are strong asset
- Working knowledge of SDLC and the Agile development methodology.
