**Howmet's Georgetown, ON location is hiring for the following positions**:
**Wax Injector -Day Shift -Monday to Friday 6:30am-3:00pm**

**Typical job duties**:

- Performs injection and control of wax and soluble core patterns with a die and analysis of the results.
- Performs inspection of all patterns and makes a responsible decision to accept, repair or scrap the part per documented instructions.
- Follows established protocol for notification of potential deviations or scrap trends. Maintains defined files for scrap and any other required documentation.
- Utilizes the necessary fixturing or gauges to assure dimensional conformance of the pattern/mold.
- Works from wax procedures, drawings and other specifications.
- Follows all work instructions.
- Sets up and maintains small appliances as required to perform specific activities
- Maintains the necessary stock of materials for the area to maximize productivity
- Assists in housekeeping of department and cleanliness of immediate area.
- Maintains necessary documentation
- Willing to be cross trained in other roles/departments
- Other duties as assigned
