Milk Receiver

**Milk Receiver Job Functions**:

- Coordinates and supports the Production Manager to facilitate effective, efficient and smooth milk receiving activities
- Maintains the raw area of the plant, ensuring the highest level of sanitation and product quality is maintained at all times.
- Performs sanitation on all raw area equipment according to the requirements given in the sanitation manual.
- Receives milk from the transport milk truck and ensures the milk received meets all food safety requirements.
- Maintains accurate documentation ensuring it meets Food Safety Program (HACCP) requirements.
- Maintains the rotation of milk used according to program requirements.
- Pays close attention to detail ensuring the consistent maintenance of time, temperature and sanitation procedures.
- Takes initiative to assist with other departments/areas as required.

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Every Weekend

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Bothwell, MB R0A 1C0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
