**Insight Health Solutions **is a provider of third party health services to a variety of sectors. Fully part of THP and embedded within the entrepreneurial program of THP Solutions, IHS works closely with our internal stakeholders to deliver high quality, expedited assessment, treatment and diagnostic services.

**Position Summary**:
As an integral member of Allied Health, the primary responsibilities of the **Psychometrist **include: administration and scoring of psychometric tests and writing behavioural observations in an assessment environment; involvement in Psychology and inter-professional education; participation as part of an inter-professional team in rounds and meetings; participation in professional and organizational initiatives supporting quality management; complying with, and commitment to, patient safety responsibilities and corresponding hospital policies and procedures in order to ensure a safe environment for patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Master of Arts or Science in Psychology preferred OR Bachelor degree in Psychology coupled with significant directly related experience
- Three (3) years previous full time experience administering and scoring cognitive and neuropsychological psychometric tests required
- Previous experience working in a third party funded environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills; experience using MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
