**About the Role**:
Join our research team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a CRA (Level I). You'll have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects in a dynamic and inclusive environment, making significant scientific advancements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure flawless execution of clinical trials.
- Strictly adhere to all regulatory requirements and study protocols.
- Determine and address any issues or discrepancies in data collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement study objectives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate study documentation and reports.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on study progress.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
