Compensation: $16 - $26 per hour

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, schedules may vary based on client needs and weather conditions

Seasonal Dates: May 1st - October 31st

Job Description: We are launching our lawn care services this year and are in search of experienced Lawn Care Specialists to join our team. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for outdoor work, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience in lawn maintenance. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining high-quality lawn care for our clients in their first season with us. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady, seasonal employment in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report for duty by 8 AM with a check-in at 7 AM to prepare for the day’s tasks.
- Operate lawn mowers and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work in teams to ensure all assigned lawns are cared for according to our standards and client expectations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while on client properties.

**Requirements**:

- Must have previous experience in lawn care or landscaping.
- Availability to work 5 days a week throughout the lawn care season.
- A smartphone with at least 2GB of cellular data for communication and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Hourly wage ranging from $16 to $26.
- Paychecks issued twice a month.
- Potential to earn between $1,000 and $4,000 monthly, depending on workload and client base as we grow our business in its first year.
- 1 Driver is required to use their own personal vehicle. You will be paid for the km driven at the legal CRA rate 70¢ per kilometer for the first 5,000 kilometers driven. 64¢ per kilometer driven after that. (YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE MUST BE BIG ENOUGH TO FIT A LAWN MOWER. WE ARE HIRING FOR 1 POSITION WITH VEHICLE AND 1 WITHOUT. IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE THERE WILL BE A HIGHER HOURLY PAY AS WELL) Example vehicles: A Jeep or SUV with open space and seats to fold down or a truck Even a spacious hatchback will do the trick.
