Temporary coverage - 6 month Contract
**Kneehill Housing Corporation is seeking a dynamic, experienced person with a payroll and AP/AR background for temporary coverage of our Business Office position.**
- Must be highly detail orientated.
- Must have extensive QuickBooks experience
- Must work well as part of a team supporting Managers in two separate departments.
Duties include:
- Processing payroll semi-monthly (0-30 employees)
- Assisting Managers with processing accounts receivable (monthly).
- Accounts payable: verifying purchase orders, confirming approval of invoices, payment of invoices (cheque & EFT, semi-monthly).
- Updating employees PTO banks.
- Reconciling accounts.
- Limited benefit and pension administration.
- Limited admin duties as required.
- We are open to discussing flexible scheduling as this is a temporary position.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Three Hills, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Payroll: 5 years (preferred)
