**Qualifications**:
Currently enrolled in high school, college or university.

Minimum age requirement is 16 years old.

Dependable.

Resourceful.

Cares about the wellbeing of others.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Maintain flower beds and cut grass.

General cleaning and maintenance.

Perform other related duties as required.
