As one of Canada's largest marine engineering integrators, we are looking for talented individuals to bring their skills to Fleetway as we lead the way in Canadian naval defence contracts (In Service Support). Our work is project focused on government ship design and support, including warships, ferries, ice-breakers and commercial vessels.

We are looking for **a HCDAG Contract Administrator** professionals for our** **Dartmouth, NS** office This position will work in our Programs Department.

We are looking for an individual that consistently takes initiative, is bright, energetic, pays attention to the details and is adept in setting priorities. This person must also enjoy working as a team but is also comfortable working alone, is a quick learner and THRIVES under time constraints

**Key Responsibilities and Outcomes**:

- Responsible for the gathering and intregity of HCDAG contract data in the system of record.
- Assisting with the coordination and updating of project schedules, as well as conducting monthly project reports and data management.
- Monitor and report on the performance data and status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing, while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and quality standards both internally and externally.

**Skill, Capabilities, and Experience**:

- Minimum of one (1) year post secondary diploma in administration or information management OR possess a high school diploma or equivalant and possess a minimum of (5) years demonstrated experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have high attention to detail and be comfortable with accurate, high volume data entry

All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance
