Le Manoir Manrèse, located in the heart of downtown Quebec, is fortunate to welcome autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors. We are currently looking for two people to fill a part-time night beneficiary attendant position. The residence is very easily accessible by public transport, pleasant working atmosphere and excellent care team.
**:
Schedule: a permanent 4/14 night shift, every other weekend
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Formation of PDSB
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
- Law 90 training (an asset)
