**You as a Data Analyst will**:
Collaborate with stakeholders from People & Culture, Finance and consultants to understand data conversion requirements for the HRIS/FMS migration project.
Analyze and map data from legacy HRIS and FMS systems to the new HRIS/FMS platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the new system's data structures and Business Owners' requirements.
Perform data quality checks, identify data discrepancies, and implement cleansing strategies to ensure the integrity of migrated data.
Work closely with the implementation team to resolve any data-related issues and support the configuration of the new HRIS/FMS system to meet business needs.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, conversion logic, and data mapping guides.
Participate in data validation activities.
Is this the right role for you?
Bachelor's degree in mathematics/statistics, engineering, information systems or equivalent. Plus 2-4 years of experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Python, R and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
Working knowledge of HR and financial business processes is an asset.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
