Painter Helper

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, or filling holes
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
- Calculate costs and negotiate prices with clients
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in residential and construction painting
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Knowledge of blueprint reading for construction projects
- Experience in carpentry work for minor repairs and preparation
- Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing joints and seams
- Ability to perform industrial painting for large structures or equipment
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Capability to restore surfaces to their original condition after damage

Pay: $18.29-$31.61 per hour
