**Job Description: Product Export Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Export Assistant with a strong emphasis on exporting products. This role is crucial to maintaining production schedules and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in exporting, inventory control, or logistics is an asset, it is not required, **enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Cycles**: Assist in organizing and monitoring production schedules to meet order requirements, ensuring proper order timelines.
- **Data Entry**: Enter and maintain accurate inventory and production data across systems, ensuring attention to detail to avoid discrepancies.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels for multiple sites, focusing primarily on one main location, and ensure stock accuracy through regular checks.
- **Production Scheduling**: Manage and track production times and hours to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
- **Label Printing Operations**: Operating label printing software and machines, ensuring labels meet required standards and specifications. (Training provided)
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with various teams to support smooth and efficient operations.
- **Cold Environment Operations**: Perform duties in a refrigerated facility while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Microsoft Excel Expertise**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, for managing and entering data effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional focus on details to ensure the accuracy in inventory, labeling, and export compliance documentation.
- **Working Under Pressure**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Physical Fitness**: Comfortable performing physical tasks related to exporting products in a cold storage setting.
- **Team-Oriented**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- **Willingness to Learn**: Eagerness to acquire new skills, with training provided for key job functions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with label printing software and machines is an asset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in exporting, inventory control, supply chain, or logistics.
- Knowledge of international trade documentation or processes.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
- Refrigerated environment requiring appropriate attire and safety compliance.

This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
