The Ontario Federation Anglers and Hunters (OFAH) is currently seeking a _**Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving Clerk**_. This position will be responsible for purchasing, shipping, and receiving mail/courier deliveries, stationery, office supplies and equipment, products, etc.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with car dealership to negotiate leased vehicles for both fleet and programs;
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and services for trade shows, special events, etc.;
- Order stationary, office supplies, etc., track inventory, and manage supply storage room;
- Main contact for Canada Post, Purolator, or other couriers;
- Process incoming and outgoing daily mail and packages;
- Answer inquiries from staff regarding mailing and shipping;
- Process all ProShop orders;
- Direct counter walk-in inquiries and appointments to appropriate staff;
- Process memberships at counter as needed; and
- Budgets as it relates to roles and responsibilities.
**Education and Qualifications**:
- College or university education in general business, business administration or equivalent work-related experience in the relevant fields.
- Minimum of two years of office/business administration experience would be an asset.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Essential computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Written and oral communication skills;
- Budget management, and attention to detail;
- Interpersonal skills; and
- Organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and problem solving skills.
**Other Requirements**:
- Valid driver’s licence (class G);
- Valid criminal record check; and
- Valid OFAH membership
