En tant que stratège médical, vous serez l'expert en la matière sur les comptes attribués et vous engagerez avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux stratégiques et diriger la stratégie de contenu, le développement et l'édition du contenu médical, scientifique et / ou marketing des programmes de formation pharmaceutique. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe de personnes enthousiastes et talentueuses dans tous les départements pour assurer l'exécution réussie de la stratégie de contenu et la livraison client d'actifs précis et de qualité exceptionnelle.

**Responsabilités et compétences professionnelles**
- Établir des partenariats avec les clients pour s'assurer que le contenu de la formation répond à leurs besoins opérationnels stratégiques
- Établir de solides relations avec les clients pour soutenir la croissance et les nouvelles affaires dans les comptes attribués
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les rédacteurs médicaux/de contenu assignés pour développer du contenu de formation en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise cliente
- Former, encadrer et motiver les rédacteurs de contenu médical pour s'assurer que les normes du projet sont respectées et pour promouvoir leur croissance professionnelle
- Modifier le contenu de la formation pour l'exactitude et la pertinence médicales et scientifiques
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projet tout au long du cycle de vie du projet, y compris la cartographie des spécifications du projet et s'assurer que le budget de contenu est maintenu
- S'assurer que la qualité et l'uniformité globales de la rédaction et de la conception pédagogique de tous les projets maintient notre excellente réputation auprès des clients
- S'assurer que les guides de style, les procédures d'examen et les étapes de contrôle de la qualité établis sont suivis
- Préparer des plans de contenu et des documents de conception de formation alignés sur les besoins opérationnels du client
- Contribuer aux propositions visant à élaborer des solutions de formation et fournir des évaluations de la portée des comptes attribués
- Aider à l'exécution de diverses tâches à la demande de la gestion de contenu

**Qualifications mínimales**
- MSc, PhD, PharmD ou MD en médecine / sciences de la vie
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience pharmaceutique ou d'agence dans l'édition médicale ou scientifique
- Expérience et confiance en interagissant avec les clients et en les présentant
- Expérience de travail en équipe et de coaching de rédacteurs médicaux
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Pensée créative, bon jugement et leadership
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique avec d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et une attention aux détails
- Maîtrise exceptionnelle de l'anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral) ; connaissance pratique du français
- Compétences en informatique : Microsoft Office (avancé)
- Possibilité de voyager occasionnellement (passeport valide)
- Connaissance de la conception pédagogique
- Expérience dans le développement de matériel de formation pharmaceutique
- Connaissance du style AMA
- Expérience d'enseignement
- Expérience de vente de produits pharmaceutiques
- Expérience en gestion de projet
- Voyages : Moins de 10 %

- Partner with clients to ensure training content meets their strategic business need
- Build strong client relationships to support growth and new business within assigned accounts
- Work closely with assigned Medical/Content Writers to develop training content according to client business needs
- Train, coach, and motivate Medical/Content Writers to ensure that project standards are met and to promote their professional growth
- Edit training content for medical and scientific accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with Project Managers throughout the project life cycle, including mapping out project specifications and ensuring content budget is maintained
- Ensure the overall quality and uniformity of writing and instructional design of all projects maintains our excellent reputation with clients
- Ensure that established style guides, review procedures, and quality control steps are followed
- Prepare content outlines and training design documents aligned to the client’s business need
- Contribute to proposals to develop training solutions and provide scope assessments on assigned accounts
- Assist in carrying out various duties as requested by Content management

**Minimum Qualifications**
- MSc, PhD, PharmD, or MD in Medical/Life Sciences
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or agency experience in medical or scientific editing
- Experience and confidence interacting with and presenting to clients
- Experience working in a team and coaching Medical Writers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
