Truck Driver

Eastern Passage, Canada Split Pine Construction Full time

Responsibilities:

- Operate a variety of trucks, including tandem dump trucks and box trucks.
- Safely transport heavy equipment and materials to designated locations.
- Load and unload trucks using heavy equipment as needed.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate drivers log.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver's license either class 3 with condition 15 or class 1.
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts, excavators and dump trucks.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading trucks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for truck operation.

Note: Experience is considered a requirement.

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
