As QA Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional collaborative team to drive QA strategy and best practices, and contribute to the overall quality of the project.

**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Facilitating discussions between management, clients and developers to identify and document functional requirements
- Gathering and processing business information related to procedures, data and processes to clarify business issues/requirements
- Collaborating directly with delivery team to deliver projects on-time and on-budget to the client’s satisfaction

**'Must Have' Skills/Experience**:

- Experience and expertise in automated testing methodologies, frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Exposure to and enthusiasm for Agile approaches to software development
- Proven client-facing, partnership and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to consolidate diverse business requirements and facilitate realistic, common sense solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of: Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or Physics (or equivalent education/experience)

**'Nice to Have' Skills/Experience**:

- Programming experience in Java/JavaScript
- Experience testing APIs
- Familiarity with mocking external depedencies and exploratory testing techniques
