**Department Overview**
- The Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) department of TD Bank is responsible for overseeing the management of TD Bank’s consolidated non-trading market risk, funds transfer pricing measurement framework, funding strategies and liquidity risk, and capital position.- The Manager will report to the AVP, Investment Portfolio Credit and is accountable for:

- Responsible for the annual update and ongoing maintenance of select Enterprise Investment Portfolio policies, as required, and for developing procedures to ensure related timelines and governance processes are respected
- Manage credit facility requests pertaining to the Enterprise Investment Portfolio in accordance with its target risk profile by working with internal stakeholders, Credit Management and Credit Risk Management groups
- Monitor the credit performance of the Enterprise Investment Portfolio, including the development of ad-hoc reports at the request of business partners, regulators and senior management
- Manage and enhance credit infrastructure and governance projects and initiatives pertaining to the investment portfolios
- Assist with the preparation of Committee / Audit / Regulatory / Risk Management etc. presentations / submissions pertaining to the investment portfolios
- Respond to various requests from regulators / auditors / senior management and other key stakeholders regarding the credit risk profile of the investment portfolios
- Maintain robust, scalable, and well-documented processes

**Job Requirements**
- Experience with financial products, credit analysis tools and analytical frameworks preferred.
- Experience (3+ years) with capital markets and financial instruments
- Excellent data management, analytical, problem-resolution and consensus building skills.
- Effective communication and relationship management which can interrelate to a cross section of stakeholders including senior management, risk management and credit management groups and other front office team members.
- Experience with credit management and credit risk management structure and /or other similar asset management compliance groups would be an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop good business relationships and work with mínimal supervision in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work with Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel software.
