Gérer et opérer une installation de production de bloc de culture de champignons.
- Avoir une bonne compréhension de chaque étape de la production et avoir la capacité de les exécuter de manière efficace.
- Assister aux cours des différentes étapes de la production selon les besoins, c'est-à-dire ensacher le compost de champignons, inoculer, emballer et palettiser les produits - remplir les commandes, effectuer des tâches manuelles et faire fonctionner les machines.
- Gérer et organiser les opérations quotidiennes de la production, en assurant le respect des protocoles, des normes de qualité et des règles de sécurité.
- Diriger une équipe de 3 à 4 employés, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant.

- Saisie de données et tenue méticuleuse de registres.
- Assurer des niveaux optimaux de matériel de production par une gestion efficace des stocks et la passation de commandes.
