Securtiy Guard

You may perform an ID check on customers at the bar entrance, help enforce safety regulations, and deal with rowdy or drunk patrons. Bar security specialists also help protect property, eject people from the building, and resolve other conflicts as they occur.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the premises to ensure safety.
- Enforce security policies and procedures.
- Maintain order and ensure that all visitors follow safety regulations.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities.
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truro, NS B2N 4Z9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
