**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from a recognized university;
- Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario;
- One year of related experience;
- Experience developing and coordinating individualized conditioning programs for staff;
- Experience writing reports;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and constantly shifting priorities;
- Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience with Musculoskeletal and staff injury prevention preferably In a hospital setting;
- Experience teaching safe patient handling skills and equipment utilization;
- Experience with completing ergonomic assessments, risk assessments, and interventions;
- Experience completing Physical Demands Assessments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching in a group setting;
- Experience developing safe work practice standards within a hospital setting;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
