**HANDY MAN WANTED**

We’re a busy property management company located in Downtown Vancouver looking for an experienced handyman sub-contractor for condo suites and houses general repairs such as:

- Painting, drywall repair, caulking, basic plumbing, fixing doors, window handle
replacements, cabinet repairs, and other handyman repairs as needed

Must have own transportation

Ability to schedule with tenants

WCB and commercial liability insurance a must

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
