**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all employee relations including performance management and discipline.
- Management of HR system including reporting, attendance and time reporting.
- Provide on boarding training and facilitation.
- Involved with labour planning and management.

**Qualifications Include**:

- University degree and CHRP;
- Demonstrated experience as a HR Generalist;
- Experience handling complex employee relationship issues;
- Experience managing HR systems and technology;
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
