Hotel Houseperson

**Job description**

- Adhere to all hotel safety and security policies and procedures as outlined by hotel standards and federal, provincial and local laws
- Consistently maintain a neat, organized and clean workspace and uniform
- Demonstrate a commitment to provide the best possible experience for guests, ensuring superior personalized service
- Adhere to the daily shuttle schedule, shuttling guests to the London International Airport
- Must greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner while promoting outstanding customer care
- Being available for on-call duties related to shuttle services for the hotel.
- Occasionally assist with meeting room morning, afternoon and evening services
- Have to be able to lift luggage up to 60 pounds.
- Clean any open and available office space during regular office hours
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Remove garbage and recycling from all public areas including men and women’s public bathrooms.
- High dust, low dust, surface clean (what is possible), dust and clean the hotel breakfast area
- Vacuum all carpeting areas of the hotel
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool and fitness facilities
- Clean outside of the hotel, removing garbage and debris from the parking lot and main areas of the hotel
- Mop all tile areas of the hotel public area, including elevator
- Clean any meeting rooms
- Clean any open and available office space during regular office hours

Required Driver's license.
- Clean Driver's License record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.55 per hour
