A construction finishing supervisor is responsible for overseeing the final stages of a construction project, ensuring that all finishing work is completed to a high standard of quality and in compliance with safety regulations and project deadlines. The specific job duties of a construction finishing supervisor may vary depending on the size and scope of the project, but typically include:
Supervising and coordinating the work of finishing trades, including painters, electricians, plumbers, and flooring installers.

Ensuring that finishing work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Inspecting finished work to ensure that it meets project requirements and safety regulations.

Coordinating with other supervisors and project managers to ensure that finishing work is completed on time and within budget.

Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and to address any concerns or issues that arise during the finishing phase.

Managing the inventory of finishing materials and supplies, and coordinating with vendors to ensure that materials are delivered to the job site on time and in the correct quantities.

Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including labor and material costs, and preparing reports for management and clients.

Ensuring that all workers on the job site comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

To be successful in this role, a construction finishing supervisor should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of finishing trades and materials. They should also be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. A degree or certification in construction workeragement or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in a supervisory role on construction projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
