- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, minor plumbing work and minor mechanical repairs on vehicles.
- Repair and install fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
- Maintain the exterior grounds of various properties, including tasks such as lawn mowing, trimming and general landscaping.
- Snow removal: Tractor Operations, Shoveling, etc. (flexible hours during winter)
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Prepare and package products for shipments
- Generate shipping labels and documentation
- Schedule pickups with carriers
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy
- Record and report any discrepancies or damaged materials
- Unload shipments and store in warehouse
- Update inventory systems with received goods
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient operations
- Ad-Hoc Projects

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, mechanics and carpentry work.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Car Mechanics knowledge is an asset (Oil change, Tire Rotation, etc.)

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with flexible hours.
- Work will involve exposure to various weather conditions.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work at heights if necessary.
