**About The Role**:
Water Matrix is currently seeking a **Project Coordinator** to add to our growing team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for day to day operations associated with our turn key water fixture installation programs. Day to Day Responsibilities are outlined below:

Must be able to pass Canadian security clearences to acces the CFB base (project location)
- Meeting with contractor’s site supervisor to provide daily installation instructions and product pickup.

Attending every morning work start with sub-contractor at the building and documenting issues
- Reporting to WM morning start issues immediately
- Daily visits to the work site(s) to monitor installation progress with immediate report to WM of any concerns
- Daily finish inspections of the work completed and note any items not complete
- Report to WM the finish inspection (eventually they can provide direct to JCI once trained and cc WM when there are no issues)
- Distribute product to installers when required (items missed when sub was at the trailer)
- Monitoring the trailer inventory and keeping orderly inventory inside the trailer
- Preparing products for morning pick up by the sub of the following days scheduled work
- Liaison with Project Manager on daily progress and documentation
- Point of contact for Customer and site staff

**Salary**: From $62,000.00 per year
