This is a hybrid position based out of our Toronto Support Centre. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Paid Search you will be responsible for developing and refining various financial models and forecasting tools. We’re looking for a high performing marketer to drive the performance marketing strategies and tactics needed to accelerate the growth of paid search channels across our network of practices.

In this role, you will
- Manage day-to-day optimization activities including building and managing bidding strategies, quality score improvements, ad copywriting, testing and optimization, keyword research, budget forecasting, campaign reporting and analysis, and continuous program improvement.
- Monitor performance on a daily/weekly basis and optimize campaign performance using industry best practices within established CPA and CPL goals.
- Create new campaigns for new services, practices, and build tests to optimize performance.
- Implement local and regional search tactics, optimize campaign revenues, keyword performance and bid costs.
- Test Branded & Non-branded keywords, audiences, ad formats and campaign options, geo-targets, etc for each practice within Google Ads, Bing, etc.
- Work with the web team to create and run landing page optimization tests to increase conversion volume and quality.
- Report on key performance metrics and analyze campaign data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.), and recommend optimizations to shape future campaigns.
- Implement tracking/measurement, present campaign results, and provide guidance to marketing managers on best practices.

What we're looking for
- 4+ years experience in performance and growth marketing, actively and successfully managing paid search. Experience in the service or B2B industry preferred.
- Expert-level experience managing multiple large accounts in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to acquire customers and optimize for CAC.
- Extensive experience in PPC campaign management, Google Ads, SA360, analysis and reporting, including a deep knowledge of platform settings and areas of opportunity to drive optimization across targeting, bidding, copy, account structure, data usage and website experience.
- Ability to extract and action meaningful insights from analytics platforms (e.g. Data Studio, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Successfully conducted A/B testing across various platform settings to improve CPA, ROI, and overall conversion.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate proactively
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize, work independently, and learn quickly.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement.
- Flexible and responsive - ability to prioritize multiple tasks as needed and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
