Master Hairstylist

We are looking for a Master Stylist who is interested in educating our students on the skills needed to enter the beauty industry. You will need to have at least three years of experience in the industry working as a professional Hairstylist. In addition, a positive attitude with growth mindset, and patience. The rest we can teach you.

Responsibilities of the role can include:

- Deliver program outline objectives as set out in provided curriculum
- Adapt provided course lesson plans as needed
- Ensure sufficient supplies on hand for teaching requirements
- Grading student outcomes with consistency and fairness
- Mentoring students and providing emotional support
- Overseeing examinations and testing
- Working with college administration to ensure a positive outcome for students
- Maintaining accurate student records
- Assisting with resolving student challenges

Requirements for the Role:

- Valid Hairdresser License with at least 3 years of experience
- Positive Attitude
- Willingness to learn
