Admissions (Sales) Representative

- which range from IT, Business, Healthcare, Legal studies, Design, and Skilled Trades-and providing them with the opportunity to achieve their goals. You will serve as a recruiter, an advisor, and help guide in the journeys of our adult learners to make a difference in the lives of many
Job Responsibilities: Admissions Administration Primary Duties:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual starts, referrals, targets and objectives, as per expectations
- Maintain a conversion rate on all types of inquiries from lead to interview, interview to enrollment, and enrollment to start as determined by Admissions Management and company directives
- Generate school/program referrals
- Answer Incoming calls and make outbound calls
- Participate in campus outreach projects
- Accountable for enrollment growth through following up on leads and delivering information to prospective students in a timely manner
- Receive incoming inquiry calls from all potential students interested in knowing or receiving information about programs, including entrance requirements, curricula, and college standards
- Comply with governmental regulations and standards of accreditation as they relate to enrolling students
- Maintain quality controls to ensure that Herzing College policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to enrollment and registration
- Perform in accordance with Herzing's sales approach and standards
- Identify potential problems which may interfere with or be a barrier to a student’s successful entrance into or completion of a program and be able to troubleshoot and recommend suitable career path options
Administration Primary Duties:
- Ensure information is accurately and efficiently entered into admissions sales management system on a regular basis
- Support all sales and marketing activities, including information sessions, telemarketing, Education Fairs and open house.
- Ensure that the student files are complete prior to start and follow-up
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with students to ensure customer satisfaction
Position Requirements and Experience
- University Degree or College diploma and/or a combination of relevant experience
- 2 or more years of sales/recruiting or customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a call center or commissioned environment is an asset
- Working a flexible schedule in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Passion for exceeding targets in a dynamic environment
- Result and goal-oriented
- Proficient computer skills specifically Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $38,371.00-$53,921.00 per year
