**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Work to create a seamless Shopify platform.
- Oversee on line orders, shipping and customer experience
- Train staff to use the Shopify platform
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and promote store promotions.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring resolutions are achieved promptly.
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management and Shopify
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to lead a team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
- Excellence in Shopify and retail software is a must

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.02-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Shopify: 2 years (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
