Here at HSS, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Cluster Manager to join the retail sales business division in Grimsby, where you will play a key role in delivering unbeatable service to our customers and pushing for continuous revenue growth.

As well as being the face of our business and the front line for customer interaction, you will also be able to really hone in on your business strategy skills alongside our wide and supportive network of HSS Branch and Merchant Managers.

**So, what will you be doing as a Cluster Manager?**
- Covering multiple sites, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty
- You will execute sales plans, raising new orders and developing customer pipelines
- You'll champion all services promoting cross selling opportunity
- You will drive commerciality and local business building plans within the sites to review KPI performance and create supporting action where required
- You will act commercially, explore new opportunities, income streams and routes to market Spotting sales opportunities at every step
- You will be involved in operational elements such as stock level checks and performing admin controls for your stores
- You will promote a customer-centric culture - our customers are at the heart of everything we do
- You will also provide strong leadership to your team, engaging your colleagues to ensure high performance culture
