As a **Sales Consultant** at **Cam Clark Ford Olds**, you'll play a critical role in fostering relationships with our client base, building new relationships and proving yourself as a trusted advisor to guide your guests through the journey of leasing or purchasing their next vehicle.
- **You will be accountable for**_**:

- Understanding and advising clients on current lease and purchase incentives
- Creating relevant content and working through multiple channels to identify new leads
- Building value in the features and benefits of our extensive vehicle lineup.
- Guiding showroom visitors towards making informed leasing & purchasing decisions.
- Cultivating strong relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating seamlessly with our sales team to exceed sales targets.
- Accurately completing required paperwork and assisting guests through the process of leasing or purchasing their next vehicle.
- Staying engaged in industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
- Actively listen to guest needs and work with them to achieve their goals.
- Utilizing CRM tools effectively to optimize sales strategies and lead follow-up.
- Expanding your professional network to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Always Representing Cam Clark Ford with professionalism and integrity.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **To be successful in this role, you must have**:_
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in a sales-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- AMVIC license or the commitment to obtaining it.
- Demonstrated passion for the automotive industry and strong product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's license with clean driver's abstract (preferred)
- AMVIC license or can obtain one (preferred)
