Job Description
- Data entry within Expeditors operating system or other applicable systems
- Review and Create shipping documents as required
- Perform relevant accounting, invoicing and settlement duties
- Complete tasks in a timely manner and within company standards.
- Accountable in achieving set goals and KPIs set forth by the company with respect to job function.
- Spot rating, routing to make service and carrier/supplier relations
- Maintain a high level of internal and external customer service
- Follow all company and industry policies, rules and regulations
- Maintain and meet the training requirements set forth by the company
- Scheduled attendance to be met.
- Absenteeism or delay to work must be communicated to office management prior to scheduled start time.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Prefer post-secondary education, or at least High School diploma
- Prefer some industry knowledge or experience
- Strong typing and communications skills
