Daycare Director

Oversee the operations of the daycare, ensuring all governmental protocols are respected.

Ensure the environment is clean and safe for the staff, children, and parents.

Ensure proper team work with staff members, encourage and motivate the team. Plan and carry out staff meetings if needed.

Communicate with parents daily about their child. Observe children and ensure a proper follow up; report all concerns.

Plan an educational monthly programming, respecting the educational programming in place at the daycare and with the MFA.

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- management: 1 year (preferred)
- daycare: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French, English, Spanish (preferred)
