**Position Title: I**CF Installer/Concrete Form Worker
**Location**:Muskoka

**Approx. Travel %**:100%

**Part I - Position Purpose**:
Due to on-going demand, Muskoka Concrete Solutions is currently looking to add energetic, ambitious, and experienced ICF installers and Concrete former that want to grow with their growing team.

**Part II - Position Functions**:

- Prepare the construction site to be ready for forming the footings.
- Form all footings of all types including step footings, scribed to bedrock, Form-A-Drain, etc.
- Cut, bend, tie and install rebars based on the drawings.
- Setting up ICF forms (NuDura), installing rebars for walls, lintels, bucks, accessories, window and door bucks, installing supports and scaffolding and getting ready for concrete pour.
- Placing/pouring concrete for footings and wall forms.
- Scribing the ICF wall panels on bedrock if needed.
- Making sure all team members follow their tasks, train and teach the team if needed, and increase job site efficiency.
- Making sure the project progresses and completes on schedule and budget with quality that is accepted by company’s standards.
- Making sure the site is safe and efficient based on ministry’s and company’s guidelines.
- Ordering needed materials, aggregate and site equipment and tools.
- Site clean up and management.

**Salary**: $37.00-$44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
