As a Retail Renovation & Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our Facilities & Construction Director to coordinate renovation, construction, and rebranding projects throughout Canada as we continue to grow our location network from coast to coast.

**Why we’ll love You**:

- Experience managing small commercial or retail renovations and upgrades
- Knowledge of commercial building codes, guidelines and construction terminology
- Ability to create basic floor plans/as builts using Autocad/Vectorworks or a similar software
- Expert time manager, with exceptional organization skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Exemplary verbal and written communication
- Proven software competency in MS Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

**Once here, you'll**:

- Manage small renovation and rebrand projects from conception through to completion in close communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assess site conditions and create a plan and detailed scope of work for trades and contractors
- Tender the associated work and create a detailed budget for review and approval
- Attain landlord and city approvals
- Contact and liase between landlords, property managers, and subtenants to address complaints or repairs required; professionally representing Westland through the process
