**MANAGEMENT TRAINEE**

**THE COMPANY**

Basic Grain Products Inc. is an established snack food manufacturer located in Coldwater, Ohio, with over 40 years of experience and excellence.

We are currently seeking a **Management Trainee **to join our administrative team at our Head Office in Burnaby, BC. We are a market leader in private label snacks, serving all regions across North America. This is a full-time position, well-suited for individuals who are seeking solid long-term careers and rapid advancement. Must be able to think analytically, able to multi-task, and capable of working collaboratively across departments.

Our office is conveniently close to the Production Way Skytrain Station.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years office experience.

**Job Type**:Full Time. Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3:30 pm.

**Required Skills**:

- Above-average GPA.
- High propensity for details, and highly skilled in critical thinking and problem solving.
- A self starter.
- Proven ability to perform at a high level of competence and with dispatch.
- Exceptional written and oral English skills
- Above average computer skills and experience.
- Experience in a food manufacturing/processing, preferred but not essential.
- Experience in maintenance preffered
