**Position summary**:

- Daily communication with Account Executives, Customers, Warehouse, Scheduling and Planning Departments.
- Enter orders into the system for scheduling of production, Manages orders and client requests.

**Essential Duties**:

- Provide excellence in communication, timely response, and administrative support to all internal and external client inquiries, including knowledge of product offerings, inventory controls, contract review and administration, and other departmental requirements.
- Provide support to all service activities and sales management required to achieve the strategic goals and revenue objectives of the corporation.
- Order entry and order / project management of commercial transactions.
- Client liaison and follow up activities with end-users, specifiers, dealers, and related parties.
- Support our sales administration process, including coordination of production and purchasing of finished goods material, logistics support for client deliveries, and credit communication support.
- Maintain high level of customer service effectiveness
- Participate and support company initiatives

**Physical Demands**:

- Use of office equipment, communication tools, including computer, telephone system, and related tools.
- Occasional moderate lifting of administrative materials.

**Qualifications**:
Educational requirements:

- High School Diploma
- College Degree preferred
- Preference will be given to those with post secondary education.
- Bilingualism (French / English) with proficiency in both verbal and written communication is mandatory.

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of five years of experience in Customer Service or Planning
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, and ability to perform a variety of administrative service functions.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Exercise independent judgment and decision making, within established operating parameters, policies, and procedures.
- Analytical and mathematical skills, with demonstrated ability to utilize computer systems, office equipment, and automated voice systems.
- Experience / knowledge of a manufacturing environment
- ISO 9001 / 14001 knowledge would be an asset.
- Demonstrate excellence in working under pressure and handling multiple tasks/priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with mínimal supervision

**Work Environment**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00, with possible scheduling of shifts to 6:00 pm on a rotating basis. Flexible working hours may be considered. Occasional travel.

Pay: $31,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
