**Key Responsibilities**
- Build insurance estimates
- Expedite insurance estimates assuring service levels are being met
- Respond and follow up with adjustors on estimate inquiries
- Collaboratively work with the order desk, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Insurance Estimators
- Assist the Order Desk in processing and ordering products
- Assist with monitoring job gross margins insuring job profitability
- Assist with claim building training of other team members

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a fast paced business environment
- Experience working for an insurance company is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Experience in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Xactimate knowledge preferred
