Hiring a Line Cook/Prep Cook that is able to multi task and perform quality kitchen execution to a high standard.
**Line Cook**: Working the PM service, prepping 30% of daily prep and cooking meals for guests. Cleaning, executing proper health and safety practices, and closing kitchen.
**Prep Cook**: Working the AM service, prepping 70% of daily prep and cooking meals for guests. (Must be able to work without supervision). From 9:00 - 12:00 you will be solo.
