The Data Scientist at Zenduit will be at the heart of transformative decision-making, uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets to fuel Zenduit’s innovative SaaS solutions. **Responsibilities**:
- Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources within the telematics ecosystem.
- Develop data models and algorithms to support Zenduit’s telematics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and answer key business questions.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Optimize data collection and analysis procedures to ensure data quality and relevance.
- Conduct data audits to verify data integrity and accuracy across systems.
- Develop predictive models to identify trends and inform strategic planning.
- Work with the product team to enhance customer insights and analytics offerings.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on data analysis findings.**Results**:

**Requirements**:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in data science with a focus on Python, Angular, Nodes, including model training, deployment, and maintenance in production.
- Proven experience developing and implementing Generative AI models.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in NLP and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Skilled in customizing Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Knowledge of Information Retrieval for document question answering.
- Familiar with RESTful APIs, version control (e.g., Git), and core software engineering practices.
