Job Overview:
Warehouse Workers are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing and retrieving stock. They must be able to operate a forklift knowledgeably and safely.

Warehouse workers operate in a team environment. The warehouse team members work closely together and the manager is very hands on. The warehouse is located in the same building as both manufacturing and the corporate office, which means they may also work with members of those teams as needed.

Our store teams rely on our warehouse team to provide them with the product they need to service customers. Accuracy is important

Job Duties:

- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Complete diary logs into inventory.
- Report any discrepancies.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Other miscellaneous tasks, as required.

- Accuracy - Our store teams rely on our warehouse team to provide them with the product they need to service customers. Accuracy is important
- Attention to Detail
- Basic Math and Reading Skills - Warehouse Workers must be able to accurately count, perform basic adding and subtracting, and read orders.
- Interpersonal Skills - The Warehouse team works closely together. Communication and the ability to work with team members is integral to getting the job done.

Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check & drug test

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 40
- Must be able to work in a hot warehouse environment

Pay: $4,600.00-$4,900.00 per month
