**Role Requirements**:

- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&Q preferably in Retail
- Possess skills to architect solutions that deliver results for retail users
- Interface with customer project stakeholders, including inbound, outbound, store ops, eCommerce, finance and, to elicit business requirements
- Perform necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues and opportunities, solution requirements, and benefits
- Lead definition of finance solution using Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations product
- Work as part of a project team to deliver solutions to finance community working closely with technical developers
- Measure delivery of our solution against requirements through ownership of deliverables, supporting business users across USA
- Complete assigned tasks according to project schedule and communicate status to relevant leaders
- Perform configuration, testing and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O
- Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios
- Work directly with business stakeholders to configure solution in D365 F&O
- Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation
- Actively drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation & testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite

**Qualifications**:

- Must have 5-8 years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of AX, D365 F&O
- Experienced and strong working knowledge across all MS Dynamics D365 F&O especially POS, Warehouse Management, Inventory, Finance
- Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in Dynamics ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies
- Strong practical Retail experience gained through industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration is required. Master's is a plus
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and appropriate D365 Certifications
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Must practice the highest level of confidentiality of clients’ intellectual property
- Flexible and adaptive to additional assignments that arise during a project
- Should be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Financial Reporter and Power BI experience is a plus
- Experience leading a team of D365 developers and any knowledge of SSIS is a plus
