**We have an opening at our St Vital office, located at 2-851 Dakota St, Winnipeg, MB, for a full time Insurance Advisor**

Crossroads Insurance is a full service insurance brokerage providing quality products and services with professional advice for over 50 years. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Along with a highly professional environment, in a growth oriented & innovative brokerage, we also offer an attractive compensation package.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Servicing of customer accounts through phone calls and walk-ins (MPI & Personal Lines), including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Continually develop product, client and industry knowledge
- Must have superior sales and customer service skills with a desire to build relationships
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations in all situations
- Developing and pursuing new business opportunities
- Flexibility to work closing shifts & Saturdays required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License & MPI- IWS Certified
- TAM software experience is an asset
- Strong organizational skills & strong base knowledge of General Insurance
- Superb communication, presentation and relationship skills
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and sound work ethic
- Problem Solving skills and ability to be resourceful
