We are looking for a ESG & Decarbonization Analyst that will help the ESG team achieving its sustainability goals. This position is responsible for supporting the Director Brand & Demand
Generation in the carbon management & accounting process. You will be working directly in partnership with our PERSEFONI Success Manager & Climate Solutions Director as well as various internal departments: Sales, R&D, Operations & Brand.

**Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)**:

- Responsible for completing our initial carbon accounting benchmark.
- Identify key emission sources and data owners based on 3 Scopes.
- Effectively manage information collection & consolidation for each emission sources and identify gaps.
- Based on data availability, define calculation methods using PERSEFONI software tool
- Organize & format data collected for uploads
- Liaise with external project team (PERSEFONI), suppliers (data owners) and internal stakeholders
- Analyze ESG data & provide recommendations to reduce impact.
- Prepare content for sustainability reporting presentations in accordance with SASB standards

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Independent and proactive, sense of planning and organizational skills
- Able communicator, verbally and in writing, in both French and English
- Rigorous and possessing sound judgement, open-minded and creative
- Ability to navigate large and complex data sets and extract insightful observations.
- Advanced education in engineering, science, business management (MBA, B.Com) or other relevant field

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
