What You’ll Be Doing:

- **Window Cleaning**: Using specialized equipment like ladders, scaffolding, and high-pressure water hoses to clean windows on residential and commercial properties.
- **Gutter Cleaning**: Removing dirt, debris, and leaves from gutters, ensuring that the flow is clear and unimpeded.
- **Christmas Light Installations**: Helping customers get into the holiday spirit with expertly hung lights and decorations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Perform High-Quality Work**: Clean windows and gutters to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Stay Safe & Organized**: Adhere to safety regulations, maintain your equipment, and keep a clean, safe work environment.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling objections, and going the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
- **Report Hazards & Issues**: Identify any potential problems or hazards and report them to your supervisor immediately.

Qualifications:

- **High School Diploma** or equivalent.
- Previous experience in window and gutter cleaning is a **plus**, but not required.
- Must be able to **work at heights** and endure various weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, cold).
- **Physical Stamina**: You should be able to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.
- Valid **driver’s license** and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

- This is an outdoor position, meaning you’ll be working in all kinds of weather conditions—rain, heat, cold, and wind.
- You’ll be using specialized cleaning tools and equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and high-pressure water hoses.
- This role may require some physical labor, such as lifting heavy equipment and materials, standing for long periods, and climbing.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
