Overview:
Boldt Pools and Spas, a trusted name in the Niagara region for almost 50 years, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Spa Delivery and Installation team. As a leading provider of pools, hot tubs, patios, and more from renowned manufacturers like Hayward, Jandy, and Hot Springs, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

**Duties**:

- Load and transport hot tubs and accessories from designated distribution centers
- Maneuver a truck and long trailer safely in and out of urban and rural areas
- Conduct on-site delivery, installation, and setup of the hot tub at customer locations.
- Provide thorough product demonstrations to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and maintain detailed records of each delivery and installation.
- Practice safe transport methods and adhere to ministry of transportation regulations while traveling to and from destinations all over Ontario
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and perform daily maintenance checks.

**Requirements**:

- Must have trailering experience.
- Physically be able to move large hot tubs with the provided equipment, including pushing, pulling, lifting and lowering in most cases as a part of a 2-person crew.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address installation challenges effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Prior experience in commercial driving or forklift operation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and practices is a plus.

**Salary**:

- Jobs will be paid on a piecework basis. The hourly range noted is for reference only.

This job ebbs and flows throughout the year. The majority of the work season is March - December. Successful applicants must understand that there will be times during the season that are extremely busy, and other times where the work is reduced.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
