**General Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized salon space
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Assist stylists and technicians with client needs, such as offering beverages or providing salon products
- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies
- Keep track of client records and update them as necessary
- Manage payroll

**Social Media Content Creation**:
**Content Planning**: Collaborate with salon management to plan social media content, ensuring alignment with the salon's brand and objectives.

**Content Creation**: Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and captions, that showcases the salon's services, products, and culture.

**Posting Schedule**: Create a content calendar to schedule regular posts on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to maintain an active online presence.

**Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and feedback from followers, fostering engagement and building relationships with the online community.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operation of the salon
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling appointments and managing client information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
